2026年4月期が始まりました。新入生の皆さんは今、新たな文化との遭遇、そして実体験としての海外移住に対し、大いなる期待と同時に、少なからぬ困惑の日々を過ごしていることと思います。 さて、本校は教育の方針として、次の3つの理念を掲げています。 ① 実用に資する日本語能力の涵養 ② 協調と協力のチームワーク力養成 ③ 自ら物事を切り拓く自走性の開発 これらは単なる語学の習得に留まらず、皆さんがこれからの不確実な時代を主体的に生き抜くための確かな基盤となるものです。 私たちはここ数年、急激な社会の国際化を身近なものとして感じてきました。それに伴い、多文化共生のあり方や直面する課題も具体性を帯び、入国管理政策もまた、社会の実情に即した形へと変革しつつあります。 このような激動の時代において、私たちは単に異文化との遭遇を「新しい発見」として楽しむだけでなく、人と人とのつながりの中に「新しい適応」のあり方を模索していかなければなりません。 私たち教職員も共に歩み、努力を惜しみません。皆さんもまた、自らの可能性を信じて努力を重ねることになるでしょう。その双方の歩みの先にこそ、私たちは「新しい幸せ」がどのような形であるべきか、真に気づくことができるはずです。 ぜひ、この日本という地で、互いの個性を認め合いながら、高め合う「調和の美」を肌で感じ、自らの手で未来を切り拓いていってください。

Message from the Founder (Ogino Shuhei)

The April 2026 term has officially begun. I imagine that our freshmen are navigating their new normal with both fresh anticipation and slight hesitation as they dive into the new culture. Our school is founded on the principles outlined in the three mottos below. 1. Cultivate practical Japanese language proficiency 2. Develop teamwork through cooperation and collaboration 3. Foster initiative to proactively carve out one’s own path These principles do not exist only for mastery of the language; they are designed to provide you with even stronger commitments to navigating and thriving in this uncertain world. In recent years, the globalization of our society has become an immediate reality. Along with this shift, we have come to experience the tangible challenges and realities of multicultural coexistence, with the government revising the immigration policies to address these societal dynamics. In this era of transformation, we must not view our new world simply as a "new discovery." Rather, we must actively seek a "new adaptation" in the world we are exploring. We, the faculty and staff, will strive to walk alongside you. We encourage you to devote yourselves wholeheartedly. Through this mutual endeavor, we will come to realize what truly leads us to our "new happiness." It is my sincere hope that, here in Japan, you will discover the true "beauty of harmony" — where people respect and inspire one another — and have the courage to shape your own future.

校長挨拶（松永　武）

学生のみなさんへ 教科書の知識を基に自分の世界を語れるようになることが、この学校のいちばんの期待です。そのために、自主的な学習を進めてください。そして、学んだことを、自分の経験や、これからの計画と結びつけましょう。さらに、自国で起きる出来事を周りの日本の人に伝えてください。逆に日本での出来事を、自分の国の家族・友人に伝えましょう。そうした出来事について自分の意見を持ちましょう。他の人の意見も大切にしてください。思いやりの気持ちを持って、周りの人となかよく暮らしてください。 多くの皆さんは、東南アジア、南アジアから来ています。どの国も長い歴史を持ち、魅力的な独自の文化と豊かな風景を持っています。そして、長い歴史の中で、日本とつながって来ました。みなさんが、新しい言葉、日本語を身につけたなら、みなさんの国のこと、みなさん自身の思いをもっと知ることができるでしょう。 そういう日がすぐに来ることを願っています。

Message from the Principal (Takeshi Matsunaga)

Dear Students, Our best wishes for you is : to become able to talk about your own world. It will be based on the knowledge studied at this school. For this purpose, you have to step forward on your own two feet. And then connect what you have learnt to your experience and also to your plan for the future. Please tell us things in your home country. Conversely, hand off Japanese episodes around you to your family/friends living in your country. At the same time, develop your own view for those episodes. Show respect for others' views. Get along well with your new friends and the people in the new circumstance. Many of you are coming from south Asian and Eastern south Asian countries. Every country has peculiar culture and landscapes, which attract us deeply. Moreover, Japan has communicated with your countries through long history. Once you have got this new language, Japanese, we could know more about your country and you own ideas. I am pretty sure that such day will come soon.

  そのような環境で新しい言葉を勉強することは決してやさしいものではないと思います。それでも努力することで明るい未来が見えてくると私たちは信じています。
  フマニタス日本語学校の先生たちは一生懸命頑張るみなさんを応援しています。

  Leaving your hometown, moving to another country, and living in an unfamiliar environment can be exciting, but it can also be challenging. As language specialists, we understand that learning a new language in a new environment can be tough. Nevertheless, we believe that if we work hard together, you can make your dreams come true. The teachers at Humanitas Japanese Language School are committed to supporting you throughout your studies.

  We are grateful that you have chosen Japan as the place to pursue your studies. Living in Japan is not always easy or enjoyable. At times, you may feel confused or overwhelmed as you adjust to a different culture, customs, and social norms. You may also feel unwell as your body adjusts to the different climate. However, we believe that young people can turn difficulties into opportunities for growth. We would be delighted to support you both inside and outside the classroom and help you make the most of your time in Japan.
